Complete the form below to reserve a spot for your group for Summer Camp 2026 at Venture of Faith.

NOTES FOR GROUP LEADERS:

In addition to this reservation form, a deposit of $50 per person in your group is due by April 1, 2026 to reserve spots for your group.

All Individual Registration Forms for attendees are due by May 1, 2026.

We are unable to accommodate babies or children that are under the camper age. No children under the minimum camper-age will be allowed to stay in the dorms! Nursery and child care are not provided during activities or services.

Group may choose below to pay the total deposit of $50 per person online or by mailing a check to Venture of Faith Camp. (Mail to Venture of Faith Camp - P.O.Box 27, Lake Park, GA 31636)

Groups may also choose the option for attendees to pay Registration Fees individually.

Your spots for the selected week of camp will not be reserved until a deposit of $50 for each attendee is received.
